Soup & Salads All our salads are served with fresh baked garlic french bread. New England-style Clam Chowder An original family recipe with lots of clams. Omao Organic Mixed Green Salad Sheldonia Farm mixed greens, grape tomato, curlie carrot, Balsamic vinaigrette. Salad Bar Poipu’s most complete salad bar! Can also be combined with Clam Chowder or as an addition to any lunch entrée for a minimum charge. Skewered Shrimp Salad Kauai organic greens topped with charbroiled jumbo shrimp. Fresh Ahi or Chicken Caesar Salad Fresh romaine topped with sliced medium rare ahi filet or breast of chicken with shaved asiago cheese. Lemon Crusted Ahi Salad Kauai organic greens, grape tomatoes and lilikoi vinaigrette with seared ahi filet. Hot Off the Grill Specialties Fresh Hawaiian Ahi Sandwich Grilled medium rare with lettuce, tomato, onion on a sesame seed bun. Chicken Breast Sandwich Chicken grilled with your choice of BBQ, teriyaki or garlic glaze, served with lettuce, tomato and onion on a sesame seed bun. King Crab Melt Alaskan king crab on a french roll, melted Swiss cheese, diced tomato & red bell pepper dipping sauce. BBQ Kalua Pork Sandwich Local luau style kalua pork on a kaiser roll. Guava plum BBQ sauce and crispy sweet onions. Prime Rib Sandwich A generous slice served on sourdough with creamy horseradish and au jus dipping sauce.
