Shipping, handling and Hawaii sales tax (GET) are not included in the purchase price of our merchandise and are added to the cost of your purchase prior to shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on domestic (US) shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping via another carrier will result in additional charges. For various reasons, we don't ship outside the continental U.S.

Our basic shipping and handling rate for a single item is $7 and $3 for each additional item, however we try to use the US Postal Service Priority flat rate boxes whenever possible. If any additional shipping or handling charges are needed, we will contact you via email.

Heavier or more bulky items, or items that require additional packaging or loss insurance, may incur shipping and handling costs that exceed our normal rates. Please call us at 888-384-8810 if you have any questions about our shipping and handling policies.

Hawaii Sales Tax (GET) is added to the entire purchase at the rate of 4.166%.

There is a 30-day return deadline from the date of purchase on most items. There are no cash credits issued against purchases, only credits for other merchandise. Brennecke’s will replace any defective or damaged merchandise, or merchandise that was shipped improperly. Notify the shop by calling us toll-free at 1-888-384-8810, return the items to the shop (the merchandise must be new, not washed), include a copy of the sales receipt with the item and it will be exchanged or returned without any additional charges. There is no reimbursement on shipping costs for exchanged or returned merchandise.
