Shipping costs are calculated based on Domestic (US) shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping via another carrier, or outside the U.S. will result in an additional charge to your credit card (we’ll notify you by email if this will be the case).

Our Basic Rate for a single item is $5.00. Every additional item is an additional $2.00. On heavier and more bulky items, or items which require additional packaging or loss insurance, shipping and handling costs far exceed our established rates—call for more info. We cannot guarantee any shipments out of the U.S.

There is a 30 day return deadline from the date if purchase on most items. There are no cash credits issued against purchases, only credits for other merchandise. Brennecke’s will replace any defective or damaged merchandise, or merchandise that was shipped improperly. Notify the shop by calling us toll-free at 1-888-384-8810, return the items to the shop (the merchandise must be new, not washed), include a copy of the sales receipt with the item and it will be exchanged or returned without any additional charges. There is no reimbursement on the shipping costs for exchanged or returned merchandise.
